Monique began her real estate career facilitating the sales of some of the top producing agents in the Durham region. In 1993, she partnered and opened Sutton Group Omega Realty in Scarborough, Ontario. The success of the operation was in part due to the meticulous administrative processes for which Monique was responsible. The sales and marketing knowledge that she accumulated throughout those early years contribute to Monique's repertoire of expertise she prides herself in today.

In 2000, Monique became a registered sales representative and started helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether she is listing with sellers or helping buyers find the perfect home, Monique makes a personal commitment to service her clients with a professional approach to facilitate one of their biggest decisions.

Monique has consistently been a top producing agent for the past 23 years and is accredited as a Seniors' Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyers' Representative (ABR).
